Gli ampliamenti sono limitati: arrivano a 40 mq. in termine di superficie e al 20% del volume originale in termini di volume.
Con la prima delle due possibilità non si potrebbe neppure completare il solaio sopra il garage!!!
Ho avviato una procedura di comprensione con i tecnici comunali perché si possa sfruttare la percentuale volumetrica e poter fare quello che si è detto finora.
MA NON C’E’ DA ALLARGARSI ANCORA!!!
