state comunicate le avvenute estinzioni delle relative obbligazioni alla Conservatoria dei Registri Immobiliari - Agenzia del Territorio di Arezzo rispettivamente in data 19 luglio 2015 con protocollo n.1351, in data agosto 2015 con protocollo n. , in data 17 luglio 2015 con protocollo n.1206 e in data 8 luglio 2015 con protocollo n.1132 ed ivi eseguite rispettivamente in data 6 agosto 2015, in data 27 luglio 2015 e sempre in data 27 luglio 2015, ai sensi dell'art.13 comma 8 decies della Legge 2 aprile 2007 n.40 e dell'art.40 bis del D. Lgs. n.385/1993 le relative cancellazioni delle citate ipoteche iscritte in data 28 novembre 2003, in data 7 gennaio 2004 e in data 7 settembre 2004, mentre la relativa cancellazione della citata ipoteca iscritta in data 23 dicembre 2003 è tuttora in corso di espletamento da parte della Conservatoria dei Registri Immobiliari di Arezzo e con conseguente obbligo per la parte venditrice di ottenerne la definitiva cancellazione entro e non oltre il 30 settembre 2015;
