sono riuscito a parlare ieri pomeriggio con la banca e scrivo solo adesso perché oggi ho tenuto un corso di diritto.
Devo fare una correzione su quello che ho riferito in merito alla durata della garanzia.

La banca intendeva come momento di connessione alla rete elettrica il momento in cui il gestore nazionale concede l'erogazione dell'incentivo, cosa che avviene, dovendo rispettare tempi tecnici, dopo un periodo compreso tra 6 e 8 mesi.
Dunque, la garanzia dovrà avere una validità che tenga conto di questi ulteriori 6-8 mesi dalla fine dei lavori.
