1. Accoglienza
La permanenza all’interno della struttura di accoglienza è riservata alle persone aventi lo status giuridico
di rifugiato, richiedente asilo, o in possesso di un permesso di soggiorno per motivi umanitari o protezione
temporanea.
L’obiettivo di accoglienza è l’inserimento sociale e la permanenza nel Centro è subordinata all’accettazione da parte degli ospiti del progetto personalizzato di inserimento. Entro 15 giorni dal momento dell’ingresso nel Centro, l’ospite deve redigere, d’intesa con i responsabili del Centro, il progetto personalizzato di inserimento; la non accettazione o il rifiuto dell’espletazione del progetto costituisce motivo di dismissione dal Centro. L’ospite è inoltre tenuto alla frequenza continuativa del corso di italiano indicato dai responsabili del progetto, pena la risoluzione immediata del contratto di accoglienza. Infine, l’ospite si impegna a sottoscrivere il contratto di accoglienza, previa visione del seguente regolamento.

2. Durata dell’accoglienza
L’accoglienza all’interno dell’appartamento è temporanea:
- per i rifugiati e per chi è in possesso di un permesso di soggiorno per motivi umanitari non può essere superiore a 6 mesi;
- per i richiedenti asilo non può essere superiore a 6 mesi;
- il periodo di accoglienza potrà essere prorogato per circostanze eccezionali, in accordo con il Servizio Centrale e previa presentazione di relazione sul caso, per un massimo di 6 mesi.
L’accoglienza può essere inoltre revocata nei casi di:
- abbandono del centro di accoglienza senza preventiva comunicazione al responsabile del centro;
- mancata presentazione del richiedente asilo all’audizione senza motivato e documentato motivo;
- gravi violazioni al regolamento del centro/appartamento.

3. Servizi offerti dal centro
Sono offerti i seguenti servizi:
- accoglienza diurna e notturna;
- vitto;
- biancheria (lenzuola, federe, asciugamani) con cambio biancheria ogni 15 giorni;
- kit per l’igiene personale;
- orientamento ai servizi presenti sul territorio (sanità, istruzione, formazione professionale, ecc.); orientamento legale; segretariato sociale; mediazione sociale interculturale; sostegno nella ricerca di lavoro e alloggio; sostegno psicologico;
- corsi di alfabetizzazione della lingua italiana;
- pasti e uso cucina;
