esame urodinamico evidenzia un quadro di vescica iper-attiva con buona sinergia sfinterica con minzione riflessa e svuotamento pressochè completo, pertanto il catetere cistostomico rimaneva chiuso e veniva aperto solo per valutare il residuo post-minzionakle.
Questo programma è stato interrotto più volte per comparso di allergia cutanea al Kondom o sovra infezioni micotiche cutanee, pertanto il paziente era costretto a mantenere il cistostomico sempre aperto.
il 12 ottobre 2016 dopo almeno 2 settimane di cistostomico aperto l'RX urodinamica ha evidenziato un quadro di vescica iperattiva e dissinergia sfinterica di II - III grado.
Durante l'esame il paziente ha presentato crisi di disreflessia automatica, pertanto è stato mantenuto cistostomico sempre aperto.

Segnalata intolleranza a cerotto tipo Mefix.

Il 13 ottobre 2016 viene ricoverato presso il nostro Reparto (trasferito a Nottwill) per il proseguimento del trattamento riabilitativo.
