Ove la
locatrice abbia eseguito riparazioni straordinarie, la conduttrice dovrà
corrisponderle un’integrazione del canone commisurata al 7 % (sette per
cento) del capitale impiegato, integrazione che è dovuta dal momento
dell’investimento e che deve essere corrisposta entro 30 (trenta) giorni dalla
richiesta scritta inoltrata dalla locatrice alla conduttrice nel domicilio
contrattualmente eletto.
