Advertising Law, Consumer Protection Act B.E. 2579 (1) False or exaggerated statements, are required to not use messages (including images of goods) that are unfair to consumers or use messages that may cause negative effects on society as follows: (1) false or exaggerated statements.<br><br>(2) A message that creates a significant misunderstanding of goods or services, whether it is done using or referenceing academic reports, statistics, or anything that is not true or exaggerated.
