il funzionario di banca ha dato informazioni sbagliate al dott. Gaudio. In realtà, da quello che ha riferito telefonicamente il direttore finanziario, la banca aveva in mente di deliberare il prestito a condizione dell'emissione di ulteriori garanzie da parte dei soci.
Quindi, ad oggi la banca non ha ancora deliberato.
Mi dispiace per questo fraintendimento ma è proprio questo il motivo per cui consiglio i miei clienti di rivolgersi a banche di primaria importanza e non a banca locali.
