How many batteries did you put in the clock and where.
There must be two possibilities. The first battery case is behind the clock
face and the second one is under the base.

ok avevo messo solo una pila sotto la base, ora per fortuna l'orologio funziona e le palline girano.
Per quanto riguarda la suoneria invece è normale che su M1 suoni ogni quarto d'ora e su M2 ogni mezz'ora?
E' possibile avere un manuale per le istruzioni?

ok I had put only a pile under the bed, now fortunately the clock works and the balls run.
As for the ringtone instead it is normal that M1 sounds every quarter hour and every half hour on M2?
